TheTVApp does not require accounts and does not collect personal information directly. We may collect anonymous usage data via standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for the sole purpose of monitoring service health and security.

2. Cookies

We use a single cookie/localStorage key to remember your theme preference (light or dark). No tracking or advertising cookies are set by TheTVApp itself.

3. Third-party services

Stream embeds are provided by third-party hosts. When you click play on a stream, the third-party host may set its own cookies or collect data according to its own privacy policy. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for these practices.

We may use anonymous analytics (such as Google Analytics or similar) to understand traffic patterns. These tools may set their own cookies. You can opt out using browser settings or extensions.

4. Advertising

We may display advertising provided by third-party ad networks. These networks may use cookies to serve relevant ads. They operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

5. Data retention

Server logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and operational purposes, then automatically deleted.

TheTVApp is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Since we do not maintain user accounts, in most cases we have no personal data to provide.
